Preparing land for construction and habitation in Hoensbroek – MorgenWonen

MorgenWonen is a project by VolkerWessels in which new homes are built up in just one day. In Hoensbroek, we built 12 homes as part of a construction team with MorgenWonen. First of all, we carried out the groundworks for the construction pits, with a third party installing the foundation piles and beams. After this, a single ready-made home was built up and completed every day. After these low-energy homes had been built, we connected them to the sewage system and created paths and patios.
